Engineering, Design, Construction, and Commissioning of a Container Terminal (7 contracts). Ground clearance and leveling, earthworks including the import of suitable material (1.0 million cubic meters), for the construction of 47.5 Ha of Stacking Yards, Intermodal Yards, Workshops, Intermodal Yars, Roads, and Buildings.

All underground utilities (electrical, power, storm drainage, wastewater recycle plants, communications, etc.). 930 meters of mooring and berthing for container vessels.

Marine dredge of the berthing pocket of more than 600,000 m3 of sand up to 19-meter depth, supply, and installation of more than 1,800 meters of quay crane rails, fenders, bollards, etc.

Construction of 16 Ha of new stacking yards and roads, and 360m long quay for berthing and mooring of container vessels. Ground clearance and leveling, earthworks including import of suitable material (1.5 million cubic meters), ground improvement (dynamic compaction, stone columns, wick drains and surcharge were all used), drainage, communication, fire protection, wastewater recycling plant, among other utilities. 15.6 Ha of concrete pavers, 3350 m2 of concrete road pavements.

Supply and installation of 752 meters of rail (for quay cranes). All electric and power utilities including substations, diesel backup generators, high masts, grounding systems, all trenches, cabling, etc.
Construction of Access Booths, Reefer Stations, and other minor buildings. 1800 meters of fences.

Marine demolition of an existing mooring point interfering with the quay deck expansion. Excavation and Removal of 20,000 m3 of rock revetments on berth pocket, dredge of 300,000 m3 of sand and clay up to 18 m depth using a marine dredge. Marine installation (driven piles) of 436 structural steel tube piles of 42 inches in diameter and up to 35 meters in length. The query deck was built with cast-in-place concrete beam and prefabricated concrete slabs and a cast-in-place concrete slab of 6000 m3, for a total of 15,120 m2 of the slab. Included bollards, fenders, rails, etc.
