PPP for the Integral urban improvement of Circuito Interior in Mexico City, includes engineering and design, construction and maintenance of 4 bridges and 2 underpasses, the design and construction of urban improvements, and the maintenance of the traffic infrastructure in Circuito Interior. Design and Construction of 61,992 m2 of new road infrastructure, 27,093 m2 of bridges, and 34,899 m2 of underpasses and tunnels.
*Bridge Footings supported on 50-meter deep cast in place and driven piles (depending on the Geotech). Structural Concrete retaining walls, columns, and headers. Structural steel girders and beams. Composite slab. More than 1,500 meters of new bridges.
*The underpass at Mixcoac is a two-story road, of 1200 meter length, built with secant cast in place bore piles. More than 15-meter deep excavation 300,000 m3; slab on the grade of 0.60-meter thickness, precast concrete panels for above-ground slabs.

A vast amount of contracts for the design and construction of infrastructure for BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) transport systems in the Metrobus Lines 1, 3, 4, and 5 projects; Oaxacabus and Acabus. Executing construction of earthworks, confined/exclusive lanes, asphalt paving, and concrete paving, bus stations, bus terminals, supply and installation of bollards for confinement (for exclusive lanes) construction and supply, installation and commissioning of equipment for yards and facilities (maintenance workshops, paint booths, washing booths, self-consumption station, etc.), urban improvements (sidewalks, traffic lights, pedestrian bridges, etc.). In total, more than 100 km of BRT system; 250 km of confined/exclusive lanes; 172 stations/bus stops; 7 passenger terminals, 5 Yards for PArking and Maintenance.

Bayou Oaks Dormitory Mold Remediation
The dormitory required mold remediation, abatement, and exterior restoration on all four floors. The scaffolding in this project was complex and intricate amounts of details while working within high-security measures and while students still fully occupied the dorms.
